Terms and Conditions of Nostalgia Raya Wall Contest
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the “Nostalgia Raya Moment” Instagram Contest (“Contest”) which is organized by the management of Nexperts Academy Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”). Any person who participates in the Contest, whether directly or indirectly (“Participant”), shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein contained:
1. Adherence to Contest Terms and Conditions
• By participating in the Contest, Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein contained, and the decisions of the Organizer.
• The judging criteria should be based on 100% on management’s decision according to the steps of the Instagram during the Contest period.
2. Duration
• The Contest runs from 13 May 2021 until 31 May 2021 (11.59pm)
• The Organizer reserves the right to vary or change the dates and duration period of the Contest at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
• The Contest is open to all followers to the Nexperts Academy and Lotus Biscoff Jar Instagram Pages
• Malaysia residents with an Instagram account, during the Contest Period.
• Participants must fulfil the criteria stated in the related contest posting copy that is posted on the Nexperts Website.
4. Contest Prizes
• There are a limited number of Nexperts Merchandise to be won in the Contest.
• 1 Lotus Biscoff Jar
• A Participant is only entitled to win 1 prize throughout the entire Contest period.
• 5 lucky winners with the best moments will win.
5. Notification of Contest Winners
• The winner(s) will be notified via Nexperts Academy Instagram Direct Message after the Contest ends and the winner(s) is required to message his/her full name, identification details, mobile no. and email address.
• Upon receiving winner’s details, prizes will be mailed to the winner’s delivery address.
• The Organizer shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the winner(s) not receiving their prizes.
6. Rights of The Organizer
• The Organizer's decision in selecting the winner(s) for the Contest is final and conclusive. Correspondence will not be entertained.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions herein contained at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
• The Organizer reserves the right to replace the said prize with another of equal or lesser value.
• Winners hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to The Organizer to publish any related matter to the entries including and not limited to the Winners' names, interviews and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes.
7. Liability and Responsibility
• All Participants (including winners) in the Contest shall assume full responsibility in case of any accident, damage or loss resulting from participation in any manner in the Contest.
• All transportation, accommodation, administration costs and personal costs including but not limited to any other costs, fees and/or expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest and/or redemption and/or usage of the voucher shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.
8. Disqualification
• The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or the Nexperts Academy Terms of Use Agreement. No correspondence shall be entertained.
